Arran – Sherry Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky (70cl, 55.8%)

This is a cask strength single malt from Arran, bottled at 55.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in Sherry casks. Arran's distiller worked with producers in Sherry bodegas in Jerez, Spain, to choose the casks. The bottling returns to the style of some of the earliest Arran single malt, which was mostly matured in Sherry casks. The nose brings toffee, sweet spice and fruit. On the palate there are ripe figs and cherries, and the finish carries dark chocolate, mandarins and more ripe fig.
