This is an Arran single malt matured in sherry hogsheads, selected from the best Spanish sherry bodegas in Jerez. The nose is rich and intense, with sherry character, creamy toffee, sweet spices and stewed fruit. The palate is full-bodied and complex, with ripe figs and dark cherries. The long, gently warming finish brings dark chocolate, mandarin and more ripe figs.
