Assenzio Bohemian - La Fée (70cl)

An absinthe produced in Bohemia from an infusion of wormwood, anise and other aromatic herbs, with traditional double distillation in copper stills. It has a clear, bright colour and aromas of star anise, wild fennel and fresh herbal notes. On the palate it shows a fascinating complexity, gradually revealing thyme and mint, with a long and pleasant persistence. It can be enjoyed traditionally with cold water and sugar, or used in creative cocktails.
