An absinthe from La Fée, produced in the Provence region of France. It is made from Artemisia absinthium and other aromatic herbs, with a maceration of botanicals followed by distillation in copper stills. The result is a clear spirit with light green reflections, balancing intense aromatics with a smooth palate. It can be enjoyed neat with fresh water to release the aromas, or used as a base for cocktails.
