This is a single malt from Auchroisk, a Speyside distillery near Keith, bottled under the Infrequent Flyers label of the Alistair Walker Whisky Company. It comes from 2006 and is bottled at 59.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Auchroisk opened in 1974, which makes it one of the youngest and most modern distilleries in Scotland. Its malt is only lightly peated, and most of the spirit made there goes into blends, in particular J&B.
