A 22 year old Speyside single malt from Auchroisk, bottled by Montgomerie's as part of the Rare Select range. It was distilled in November 1995 and left to age in a bourbon cask until September 2017, when it was bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is very sweet, with toffee and butterscotch and hints of rose petal and orange blossom. The palate opens with toffee sweetness, followed by a floral note of geranium. The finish is long and drying.
