This is a single malt from Aultmore, distilled in 2011 and bottled by Signatory at a full 62% ABV. It comes in a 70cl bottle. Aultmore stands north of Keith in Speyside. Its name means 'big stream' and the distillery was built in 1896 by Alexander Edward. Its single malt goes almost entirely into blends, which makes an independent single bottling a less common way to meet it.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
