Aultmore 8 Year Old is a Speyside single malt from the Heidelberg Highlands series, bottled in 2015 at 67.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered.
The nose combines crisp apple, pear, dried apricot, clove, rosemary, lemon zest and oak. Tart apple, custard, honey and almonds appear on the palate, and the finish is medium in length with citrus zest and vanilla.
