Backbone Big Bash American Whiskey

Backbone Big Bash is an American whiskey blended from straight whiskies that have been aged and then finished in a special secondary barrel. The finishing barrel adds complexity to the flavours found in traditional American whiskey. Backbone Bourbon Company says the batch works so well that the whiskies seem to be partying together in the bottle.
