Baglio di Grìsi Grillo Sicilia DOC Case Sparse Biologico is an organic Grillo from western Sicily, where the Mediterranean terroir gives character to this native grape. Careful vinification and moderate ageing in steel preserve its natural minerality and pleasant savouriness. In the glass it is bright straw yellow, while on the palate it shows balanced structure and lively acidity. It suits grilled fish and shellfish, light starters and fresh cheeses.
