Viognier Terre Siciliane IGP Biologico - Baglio di Grìsi (13.5%)

This Viognier is made from organically grown Viognier grapes and reflects the sunny, fragrant character of Sicily. It is fermented and aged in steel to preserve purity and freshness. The nose offers intense white flowers, nectarine peach, light apricot and a delicate mineral note recalling volcanic soil. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced between body and vivacity, with good persistence. It pairs well with seafood, light starters and spiced dishes.
