Baker's 7 Year Old High Rye Single Barrel Bourbon (75cl, 53.5%)

Baker's High Rye is a seven-year-old single barrel Kentucky bourbon, bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) in a 75cl bottle. It contains twice as much rye as the regular Baker's bourbon. The whiskey is aged across four campuses, so airflow, the position of the rickhouse and the dump date all shape each barrel. Every barrel is tested, and only those that meet the quality standard are bottled. The nose brings charred oak, vanilla, caramel and dried fruits. On the palate charred oak and brown sweets lead, with a gentle rye spice, and the finish carries a touch of baking spice.
