This is a 30 year old Balblair, a Highland single malt Scotch whisky distilled on 28 June 1993. It spent three decades in a single first fill sherry puncheon before Gordon & MacPhail bottled it on 18 April 2024 for their Connoisseurs Choice series. The single cask produced 481 bottles. It is described as having rich sherry character, polished oak and deep Highland fruit.
