It was matured in a single refill American bourbon hogshead and produced 260 bottles.
The nose has ripe banana and apple, then toasted cereal, with hints of cocoa powder and lime blossom. The palate is smooth and creamy, with orange marmalade, pressed apple and pear tempered by cracked pepper. The finish opens with vibrant citrus and moves to charred oak and subtle herbal notes.
