This is an English single malt from Bankhall, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It takes its inspiration from American whiskey methods: the spirit was triple distilled and matured in charred new American oak casks.
The nose is rich fruit and vanilla, balanced by sweet malt and oak. The palate is sweet, creamy and berried, with dried and candied fruit, vanilla and subtle wood spice. The finish is long, with sweet fruit and heather honey, tailing off to a gentle spiciness.
