Bankhall Single Malt Bourbon Cask is a single malt whisky from Bankhall Distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 40%. It has been matured in bourbon casks.
The colour is a deep gold. The nose brings toffee, poached pears, candied citrus, figs and raisins, balanced by sweet vanilla.
The palate is rich and full-bodied, with nuts and cinnamon, dark chocolate and espresso. The finish is long, with dried fruit and subtle spice.
