Nebbiolo grapes are harvested by hand and vinified by traditional methods, followed by long ageing in wooden barrels. It has a lively garnet red colour and a complex, intensely aromatic bouquet of ripe red fruits, nutmeg and faded rose. The tannic structure is robust but elegant, with a persistent finish.
