Langhe Nebbiolo Di San Francesco - Roberto Voerzio

A red wine from the Langhe, made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. It is bright ruby red with light garnet reflections. The nose offers ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, floral notes of rose and violet, and hints of spice, leather and tobacco. On the palate it is powerful yet harmonious, with well-balanced tannins, lively acidity and a long aromatic persistence. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at controlled temperature, followed by ageing in barrique. It suits red meat, game and aged cheeses, and can also be enjoyed on its own.
