Barrell Bourbon Amburana Cask Finish

A bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, distilled in Indiana and Kentucky and finished in Amburana casks. The blend combines two mash bills with different char levels, which were finished in Amburana. Casks that had not been finished were layered in to add depth, richness and complexity, so that the bourbon comes through first. Amburana is a demanding wood to work with and imparts strong cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla spice. The release totals 14,400 bottles.
