Barrell Bourbon Batch 024 (75cl, 57%)

Barrell Bourbon Batch 024 is a bourbon bottled at 56.95% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is a marriage of high rye bourbons aged between 9 and 15 years. The 9, 10 and 13 year old barrels were chosen for their peppery character, giving a robust, spice-box base that is a little rough around the edges. Lower proof, citrus-forward 15 year old barrels were added gradually to give a fuller mouthfeel while keeping the rye in front.
