Barrell Bourbon Batch 025 (75cl, 56.7%)

Barrell Bourbon Batch 025 is a blended bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at 56.7% in a 750ml bottle. It was put together to show what secondary grains bring to aged bourbon. The blend layers corn-forward bourbons of 13 to 15 years and wheated bourbons of 5 to 9 years with high-rye bourbons aged 9 years. It is citrusy and peppery, while keeping the opulence and oaky ease of the older components.
