Barrell Bourbon Batch 034 is a cask strength blend of straight bourbons, bottled in Kentucky at 57.31% ABV (114.62 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The whiskeys were distilled and aged in Tennessee, Kentucky and Indiana, in American white oak barrels. The blend draws on barrels of 6, 8, 10 and 15 years old, with high-rye barrels adding cinnamon and allspice.
The nose has eggnog, madeleines, elderflower and violet, turning to dried apricot and candied orange peel. The palate offers blackcurrant jam, grape soda, cinnamon donut and pecan pie. The finish is long, with shiso, liquorice root and peanut butter cup.
