Barrell Bourbon Batch No. 030 (75cl, 58.7%)

Barrell Bourbon Batch 030 is a blended bourbon in a 75cl bottle, bottled at 58.66% ABV. It began with three groups of barrels: 5-year-old Indiana barrels leaning towards tropical fruit, 10-year-old high-rye Tennessee barrels with a stone fruit character, and nutty barrels aged 6, 9, 11 and 15 years. Each group was left to marry separately for a month before the three were blended together. Wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming was then added to build further complexity in the blend.
