Barrell Bourbon New Year 2023 Cask Strength (56.8%)

This is the 2023 edition of New Year, a blend of bourbons from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at cask strength of 113.54 proof. Each autumn the company blends a special bourbon as a toast to new beginnings and the year to come. The project gives the team a chance to look again at the pillars of the brand and the creativity of its blending. The 2023 release is intended as a tribute to the optimism a new year brings.
