Barrell Bourbon New Year 2025 is a cask strength bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 56.05% ABV (112.1 proof). It is a limited-edition annual release that blends straight bourbons aged between 5 and 15 years.
The whiskey comes from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming and other places. The derived mash bill is 75% corn and 20% rye, with smaller amounts of malted barley and wheat.
It is described as full-bodied, with layers of toasted oak, caramel and spice.
