Barrell Bourbon New Year 2027 is an annual limited release blending straight bourbons aged between 5 and 16 years. It is bottled at 57.3% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The whiskeys come from Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Wyoming, Maryland, Texas and Ohio. The grain composition is 73% corn, 22% rye, 4% malted barley and 1% wheat. It comes in Barrell's rounded bottle with a commemorative New Year 2027 label.
Expect rich caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, brown sugar, dark cherry, dried fruit, cinnamon, baking spice and roasted nuts, with a full body and a long finish.
