Barrell Craft Spirits Barrell Bourbon Batch 029 (75cl, 56.7%)

Barrell Bourbon Batch 029 is a blend of bourbons from several origins, bottled at 56.7% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The base is a herbal, viscous blend of Indiana bourbons. Kentucky rye-grain bourbon aged 6 and 7 years was added for a cinnamon spice note, along with floral wheated bourbon aged 9 and 10 years. A small amount of Tennessee bourbon aged 6, 14 and 16 years completes the blend. The Tennessee component is there for a fruity nose and a long, oxidative finish.
