Barrell Dovetail Toasted is a limited-edition American whiskey in a 75cl bottle, bottled at a cask strength of 61.9%. It is a blend of Tennessee and Indiana whiskeys, crafted and bottled in Kentucky.
The blend is finished in rum, port and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels, then given a further 33 months of secondary maturation in toasted American oak.
Vanilla bean, honeycomb and caramelised sugar sit over dark cherry, fig and cocoa, with toasted hazelnut, baking spice and a hint of leather. The finish is rich oak and warm spice around jammy fruit.
