Barrell Rye Batch 004

Barrell Rye Batch 004 is a blend of rye whiskeys from Barrell Craft Spirits, with components ranging from 5 to 14 years old. Indiana rye aged 5, 6 and 10 years forms the base, joined by 5-year-old Tennessee rye, 6-year-old Kentucky rye and 14-year-old Canadian rye. The derived mash bill is 89% rye, 7% corn and 4% malted barley. The 10-year-old Indiana barrels bring brown sugar and a touch of smoke, the younger barrels add fruit and spice, and the Canadian rye contributes dry herbal notes. The result is a fruit-forward rye.
