Barrell Vantage is a bourbon from Barrell Craft Spirits, bottled at 57.22% in a 750ml bottle. It is a blend of straight bourbons distilled in Indiana, Tennessee and Kentucky, then crafted and bottled in Kentucky.
Each component is finished separately in virgin oak: Mizunara, French and toasted American. Different char levels, toast levels and oak origins were used, and the finished whiskies are then combined into the blend. The approach builds on the three-part barrel finishing the team used earlier in Armida, Dovetail and Seagrass.
