Barrell Whiskey Infinite Barrel Project Cask Strength (58.2%)

Barrell Infinite Barrel Project is a cask-strength blend of whiskeys of different ages, styles and sources, bottled uncut and unfiltered at 58.2% ABV. Each bottling is a snapshot of a perpetual blend, to which Barrell Craft Spirits keeps adding and adjusting whiskeys, so every release differs from the last. The nose shows toasted oak, vanilla bean, dried apricot and light baking spice. The palate has deep caramel, dark fruit, nutmeg and hints of cocoa, leading to a long, warm finish with lingering spice and a subtle sweetness.
