Barsol Primera Quebranta Pisco (70cl, 41.3%)

Barsol Primera Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco made entirely from quebranta, the only truly local vinifera grape of Peru. It is clear and clean in style, traditional and classic in expression. It is distilled in copper pot stills at Bodega San Isidro in the Ica region, the birthplace of pisco, from grapes grown in the distillery's own vineyards. The spirit then rests for three months in steel tanks before bottling, so it stays clear. Pisco has been made at the bodega for over a century, under Peruvian pisco regulations. It works well in cocktails, the classic pisco sour above all.
