Basil Hayden's – Dark Rye

Basil Hayden's Dark Rye is a blend of three distinct whiskeys. The base is Kentucky rye, bringing spicy rye, rich oak, dried fruit and subtle molasses. Canadian rye from an Alberta distillery is layered in, adding depth to the dried fruit and a more viscous mouthfeel than a traditional rye. A touch of California Port is then blended in directly, adding juicy, ripe fruit without muddying the wood notes.
