Basil Hayden's is a small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon, in a 375ml bottle. It is bottled at 80 proof and has a golden amber colour, with a light, approachable profile.
The nose brings spice, tea and a hint of peppermint. The palate is spicy, peppery and honeyed, with a gentle bite, and the finish is dry, clean and brief.
