Bayou White Rum (70cl)

A white rum from Bayou, produced in the Caribbean tradition and presented as a clear, fresh and light expression. It is distilled with care and suited to mixing or serving over ice. Aromas of freshly cut sugar cane combine with fresh citrus and a subtle trace of vanilla from brief ageing in steel. On the palate it is soft and slightly sweet, balanced by light salinity and herbal notes. It suits classic cocktails such as Mojito or Daiquiri, and light pairings with fish or Creole dishes.
