Bear Fight American Single Malt is a North Carolina single malt whiskey bottled at 45% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is made from malted barley in copper pot stills, then matured in American oak, filtered and finished. Three types of oak barrel are used, with sherry and peat influences.
The character combines grain and wood with wildflower honey, fruit and floral notes, with a hint of Islay-style peat smoke.
