The nose is usually described as dried fruits, dark chocolate and toasted nuts, with a hint of peat smoke, Christmas cake and orange zest. The palate is velvety, with raisins, figs, dark berries, oak spice and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with sweet sherry and gentle smokiness.
