Belfour Bourbon is finished with Texas pecan wood and was created by Ed Belfour, the Hockey Hall of Famer, who now makes spirits as a second passion.
In the glass it is golden honey to light amber. The nose is nutty, with butterscotch and crème brûlée, and the palate brings heavy smoke, cinnamon, toffee and vanilla.
