Bellarine Black Sheep Single Malt Whisky (70cl, 50%)

Bellarine Black Sheep is a non-peated Australian single malt from Bellarine Distillery, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. It was matured in a single refill American oak ex-bourbon cask and released as 277 bottles. It is the distillery's first single cask bottling and the first of its whiskies to be matured entirely in one American oak ex-bourbon cask. The nose brings vanilla cookie dough, toasted coconut, apple pancakes and mandarin zest. On the palate come shortcrust pastry, caramel milkshake and Scotch finger biscuits, and the finish is buttery and biscuity, with soft, warming toasted oak.
