This Ben Nevis Highland single malt was distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2026 at 10 years old. Part of Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series, edition #80 is bottled at 50% ABV, with natural colour and no chill filtration. Oloroso wine influences its deep amber appearance and sherried character.
Raisins, sultanas and gentle spice lead into dark chocolate, espresso and reduced marmalade. The texture is oily, with dry oak and cocoa lingering in the finish.
