This Ben Nevis is a seven-year-old single malt from Signatory Vintage's 100 Proof series. It was distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 57.1% ABV.
The malt is heavily peated and matured in second-fill oloroso sherry casks. It is a limited edition.
The nose moves quickly from fruit to plenty of smoke and earthy notes. The palate is oily, with apple, pear, mandarin, barley, honey and a good measure of smoke. The finish is powerful, with orange, nuts and peat.
