Benchmark Full Proof is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey bottled at 125 proof, or 62.5% ABV. That is the same strength at which the spirit enters the barrel, so nothing is added to bring it down before bottling.
It is described as bold and robust, with hints of chocolate, brown sugar and spice.
