The nose is aromatic and quite sweet, with soft toasty spices, salted caramel and the earthiness of vanilla pod, set against a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. The palate is creamy, carrying custard, toffee apple and biscuity notes, along with leather, dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries.
The finish brings cinnamon, chocolate digestives and tangerine.
