This Benriach from 2011 is an independent bottling by the Alistair Walker Whisky Company, released under the name Infrequent Flyers. It is a single malt from Speyside, Scotland, bottled at 57.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Benriach stands south of the town of Elgin, next to Longmorn distillery. It was founded in 1898, closed in 1900 and reopened in 1965, and it still has its own malting floors. Since 2008 it has belonged to the Benriach Distillery Co. Ltd, together with Glendronach and Glenglassaugh.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
