BenRiach The Smoky Ten is a 10-year-old peated single malt from the BenRiach distillery at Longmorn in Speyside, in a 750ml bottle.
It was matured in ex-bourbon and virgin oak casks. The spirit comes from the distillery's peated production, which BenRiach revived in 2013 after a period of making only unpeated whisky. The peated barley adds a smoky layer to a fruity, multi-cask base, and the character is described as earthy rather than medicinal.
