This is a 10-year-old Benrinnes single malt from Speyside, bottled by Douglas Laing in its Old Particular range. It was distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2017 from a single Shiraz wine cask, at a natural cask strength of 58.6%, in a 70cl bottle.
Only 323 bottles came from the cask. Benrinnes is described as having a highly individual, meaty make, helped by worm tubs kept very cold, which add weight to the spirit.
