A Speyside single malt from Benromach, part of its Contrasts series. It was triple distilled in 2011 and bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured for 10 years in first-fill bourbon casks, until 2022. It is a limited release.
The nose has a hint of peat smoke, followed by tropical fruit such as banana, along with vanilla, apple and lemon. The palate is oily in texture, with vanilla, malt biscuits, spice, oak, smoke, pepper and fruit. The finish is of medium length.
