Benromach – 2011 Single Cask (70cl, 60.1%)

Benromach 2011 Single Cask is a Speyside single malt drawn from one cask, in a 70cl bottle at 60.1% ABV. Benromach traces its roots to Speyside before 1960 and makes whisky with subtle smoky notes. Three master distillers oversee each stage of distillation, using only Scottish ingredients. Each cask is filled, weighed and stamped by hand, then matured for several years in traditional bonded warehouses.
