Benromach 21 Year Old is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle at 43% ABV, matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose is sweet with sherry aromas, underlying citrus, ginger and oak, and a touch of smoke. The palate opens sweet, with cracked black pepper, Seville orange and raspberry, leading to baked apple and subtle spice. The finish is charred oak and soft smoke.
