Benromach – Contrasts: High Enzyme (70cl, 46%)

Benromach Contrasts: High Enzyme is a limited-edition Speyside single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit was made from unpeated high enzyme malted barley, a type most commonly used in grain whisky distilling. It was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels. Fresh apple and pineapple come through, followed by a long finish of oak and peppermint.
